The key focus of the Rugby Development Officer (RDO) is to promote the playing of the game of Rugby Football in clubs, universities, colleges and schools, and to develop the number and standard of all those coaches, referees and other volunteers who support the game.

 

The Rugby Development Officers (RDOs) are responsible for implementing the national and regional rugby development programmes, including the promotion, playing, coaching and development of the game at every level.
